https://sincerelylovestore.com showed up in Facebook as a ‘sponsored store.’ Placed an order on 2/6/19, received an email with an order number stating I’d receive a tracking number soon. On 2/11/19 I emailed ”support” [email protected] that I have not received a tracking number. I received an email back on 2/18/19 in broken English saying ”I understand you have been waiting for your issue to be resolved for some time now” Then ”We cannot offer cancellations or refunds at this time”
No more email response. All their links on their website do not work, keeping in mind this was a sponsored store on FB, which is where I ordered from.
