I thought I was getting a free sample for shipping and handling of $4.95. In reality they send you the cream and give you seventeen days to try it but at the time, which was on February 4th of this year, in reality you only get seventeen days to try it and then bam you find out that there has been $89.92 coming out of your account. There is no way to cancel anything because there is no phone number of the website. I emailed to stop the subscription because I am allergic to the cream, I broke out in a rash. On February 24th $89.92 was taken from my bank account for the cream I already had and then again on March 24th another $89.92 was taken out of my account. That’s a total of $179.84. I contacted the bank and they tried to get my money back and get it stopped but to no avail but they were able to give me a number to call and I was able to get it cancelled just in the nick of time. When I called they told me that you need to call to cancel your subscription. Had I not gotten the number from the bank I would never have been able to stop it.

On the website, there was a titled that read "Victoria Osteen hit with a lawsuit." I clicked on it to read more about it. The site is about a "trial size" cream that customers can order for $ 4.95

The Simply Beautiful Cream website makes the reader believe that they are only purchasing a trial size cream of $ 4.95

Two weeks later, I got two charges on my debit card for $ 97.22 and $ 18.71 from a different company called Revived Youth. When I called them, to tell them that I did not agree to the actual size because I never clicked on any such place, they said that I agreed to be charged on the the very small words at the bottom under "terms and conditions." I asked them to show me, they directed me to a different website, Revived Youth. I did explain to them that I did not order the cream from this website. He showed me where I could find the words "terms and conditions." They were at the very bottom in small words. When I clicked on it, it took me back to the top of the website and after several attempts, I was unable to open the terms and conditions.
