Total money lost $600

Type of a scam Credit Repair/Debt Relief

Back in late March early April simplex prep.com sent me something in the mail stating that they can lower my mortgage payment. I responded by calling the number that they have online. I spoke with a guy named Joe Hernandez and a woman named Virginia Morales. They sent me all of these papers which I had to fax back after I filled out, call my mortgage company got all of the information that they needed and pretended that they were going to lower my payment provided that I send them $1,000 a month for 4 months. At the time I could not afford to pay $1,000 a month but I did send them $600 as a first payment. The money had to be deposited into a Wells Fargo account. Later I requested a refund of my money informing them that I was not going to be able to make that payment monthly. Virginia Morales informed me that I had to fill out a refund request and that it could take up to 30 days to process through their underwriting and or human resource department. So I did, well 75 days later after calling numerous times Virginia Morales called me and informed me that my refund request was denied. There was nothing in the paperwork stating that I could not get a refund. I then tried calling her back to ask for a number to her human resource department, a name of whoever denied my request for my refund, and a name or number to her underwriting department. She informed me that she could not give out that information for some reason. So now I am out of $600.
