The victim saw an instagram ad for an incense burner and placed an order. After several weeks with no updates, she reached out to customer support to cancel the order. She was met with a response that they could not cancel the order, but to reach out again when it arrived so they could send a return label and process the refund per their return policy. Once the package arrived, she reached out again, several times, with absolutely no response. STRAIGHT UP GHOSTED.
