The scammers have many different phone numbers and relentlessly call. They transfer you to an insurance agent who finds a health insurance policy to suit you. They do a recorded phone call, ask you repeat your name, phone number and last 4 digits if your social security number. They send a text message, ask you click the link, and walk you through electronically signing the forms. They ask for payment, and you download a copy of the forms.
They use MyBenefitsKeeper.com for the electronic paperwork, and charged to the bank account under that name, but claim they are "Simple Health" insurance.
