I ordered some precious metals approximately 1 month ago and still have not received them. I was charged on my credit card with a deposit, and sent a check for over $200.00 which was promptly cashed by the company. Since then, I have been in contact with them via email and phone countless times. They have made claims that the package was "in route" and had been unsuccessfully delivered by the USPS numerous times despite no tangible proof that this package exists. I was given a tracking number that I have personally investigated by going into numerous post offices – no post office has been able to tell me where the package resides or in what "route" the package is in. Now, the company is not returning my phone calls. NEED HELP!!!!!
