Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill
On 7 March 2016 I received an invoice from Silver and Fit, P. O. Box 509117, San Diego, CA 92150 for $50 "program fee" for an exercise program they say I signed up for in Cashiers, NC. They indicated my first visit was on 2 Jan 2016.
Cashiers, NC, is 5 hours from my home. I have never signed up for this program there or at any other facility. The invoice was signed by Kirk Hartman, Associate VP, Fitness Customer Service.
