I had the same problem as the person above. I ordered the clippers and when I asked for delivery information information, I was told “I’d get it as quickly as possible”.
Over 3 months later, the knock-off Chinese trimmers arrived (I’d ordered Wahl trimmers).
When I asked for a return address, they provided an incomplete address. I disputed the charges with my bank (Bank of America) but they didn’t support me because the vendor wouldn’t deal with them.
Long story short, I do not recommend purchasing from shortforusa, [email protected], shopify.com or anything paypal-related.
They don’t stand behind their commercial offering and are trying to make a short term score due to this COVID situation. My only recourse now is to publicize this so others are not scammed.

I ordered hair clippers from the Wahl website which says it is in Sterling, Illinois. I received an email from [email protected] stating my order had been filled and was waiting to be picked up by on 4/27/2020. The email provided a tracking number so I followed up on it. It was being shipped out of Hong Kong. I asked the email provider why it was coming from overseas if the company claims to be a USA manufacturer? No response. After several attempts to contact the person that sent the email, I never received an answer. I received the package today 7/14/2020 and it was a Chinese knock off called “Shinon professional trimmer model number SH-1891”. Not even what I ordered.
