Shoestarr.com – with this site and an add on facebook they scammed me! 53,97 Euros, never received the shoes and now email and website no longer exist and Paypal wasn’t of any help! What can I do? Last option police? Anyone got their money back?
I bought jeans from them and they were not true to size, poor quality, and smelled of chemicals. I needed to return them but it is impossible to even find a place to ask about a return. No return address or information. Stay away from pantluv web site in connection with Technology Co. Limited.

I have received no information concerning my order other than the name Southern Technology Co., and the amount of the purchase shows up on my PayPal app. However, It appears that this company is not legitimate. Should not PayPal facilitate a refund to my Chase Amazon VISA account?
Don’t buy from them! They will not return your money, as they will not provide a return address. Don’t believe “Hassle free returns!” It’s more like “Impossible returns!”
I have this same problem.
I ordered 4 tops. They are way too small. I wanted a return address. I can’t get it. PayPal won’t investigate. Why would they keep doing business with such a scam company that doesn’t honor the return policy they claim to have? I owe 71.60 to PayPal for things I can’t wear!

This Company are the worse kind of scammer because they act like they are legit…until you need a refund for your purchase ! I ordered an XL top in July when it arrived it would not have fit a five year old ! I ordered what was advertised as a Pendleton Yellowstone Wool Blanket. After complaining to their email for two months for non delivery, I finally filed a dispute on PayPal. As soon as PayPal notified them of the dispute and pending reverse charge, Shopping Technology Co., Limited sent me a piece of crappy fabric, dyed with a poor attempt to look like the Pendleton pattern. The dye smells so bad and the fabric is a cheap thin polyester. Because they were able to show they shipped something to me, PayPal honored their position. I escalated my claim at PayPal and spoke to a representative. Explained the product I received, they will refund. I also brought this fraudulent activity to the attention of the Pendleton Company, they will likely do nothing.
I purchased 2 tops which are nothing like the picture on screen. The fabric is nothing like what is shown. Both items are ‘small’. One fits OK but the butterfly top is way too small – no comparison to the other one. There is no return paperwork in the parcel. Should I be raising a complaint with PayPal to get a refund because the item is not wearable.
The jacket I ordered doesn’t fit,- it is so incorrectly sized it is unbelievable and I am unable to contact the seller. There is not a packing slip in the package and no contact info.

After reporting to PayPal I had not received my order, I eventually received it. But it was poor quality. Escalating via PayPal achieved nothing as I now I have to return the clothes to get a refund. But returning to China will cost just as much as I have to pay for this myself and I do not trust Shopping Technology to state they have received my package as delivered. This way they won’t have to refund me so I lose my money twice. Such a SCAM and no support from PayPal. There has to be a way to shut down these SCAM Companies.

I purchased a top that was 3 sizes too small and not made from the fabric listed. Paypal sent me a message with the address to return the item. The shipping to China would be as much as I payed for the top. They are scammers.

Purchased items advertised and pictured as Yellowstone clothing items. When they finally arrived it became clear that the photos and descriptions used in their advertisements were taken from another’s reputable site. Beware that the items advertised by this company are not originals but poor attempts to scam people.
Bought a pair of boots too small! Contacted them that same day and as of yet I still have not got anything to ship them back for a refund!

I too wanted to return a shirt that was not what they advertised and way to big for a small. I sent them over 30 emails they never gave me a return address so I sent it to the Rosemead, Ca. Address from the package they sent me. Which they told me I have to get that package back and they will give me the real address. Lol I told them it was signed for and argued the “HASSLE FREE” RETURN AS THEY PROMISED..
Get PayPal involved if thats how you paid.

On Sept. 21st. I ordered items totaling $ 108.20 from web site online. I have emailed them several times. The first time they said they would be closed for several days, then I received an email saying, one of the items of clothing was not available due to many orders for that item. I went to the web site, and they were offering this item for sale, which was suposed to be out of stock. I emailed them that I either wanted the items I’d ordered or my money back, they have not contacted me.

Locate the paypal or bank transaction by date , then search your own email box for orders on the date, you should come up with the company name and website details that way , helpful if making a claim via paypal – don’t give up and good luck! if not make a claim 😀

I ordered on September 27th, hadn’t received anything so I emailed the email on my PayPal account…they said they didn’t get an order…so I sent them a copy of the receipt from PayPal and they shipped it immediately. It arrived today not what I was expecting at all but I did get $81 dollars worth of crap.

I bought 3 shirts from them, they arrived with no invoice/packing slip but had a card with instructions to return to shipping company but no address. Shirts were nothing like pictures and poor quality. I emailed them but have not heard back from them. Wish I had never ordered from them…they used company name of clotheusa…like a big fool I assumed it was a US company not a China one
Ordered 4 shirts from this company like a dope. One came that was like a test shirt. print all over it completely wrong shirt. the other three arrived but the wrong size and are a poor quality and material. I emailed back and forth with the support email I found. Nothing came of it other then them offering me a 3 dollar gift card. So I took it up with paypal and they have made the verdict that i have to send the items back. So now I have to pay the shipping to send these shirts back to china. Which im a little worried its gonna take forever for them to get there, be very expensive, and knowing what i already dealt with and what im seeing tons of others dealing with is that im going to pay to ship these shirts back and then this company will claim they never got them and paypal wont have them issue a refund.

It is deliberate evasion but you can track them I have suggested ways and back track to the order as they do have return policys .. dont let postage hold you back try researching best rates its not that scary really just dont give up or they will continue the evil marketing ways
I stupidly ordered 5 shirts from this company. Not one of them fit properly and I used their size chart. Not one of them looks like the pictures on their site. I purchased Dublin Boots from them June 21, 2020. It took awhile for them to arrive. They were not as described. I emailed them asking for a return address label. When they didn’t respond, I shipped them back to where they came from.

I ordered 41 items via a Facebook ad for GDMiracle clothing and used PayPal to pay. The moment my payment went through my bank alert said it was a charge from some long Chinese string of symbols. I quickly panicked and tried to cancel my order. I looked up GDmiracle online and found they were only a few months old and had a very bad ScamPulse.com rating. I couldn’t login to cancel the order so I emailed and demanded they cancel and issue a refund immediately. They replied in broken English stating I will like what they send and happy to give me a $5 or thereabouts shipping credit for the delay in shipping. I replied immediately with, "no! I want a refund." But they sent me a package anyway and posted a tracking number. What they shipped to me, however, was missing at least 18 of my items, a cheap pair of 2-sizes too small shoes that resemble nothing like any of the pictureTechnology s of the three pairs of shoes I ordered and what they DID ship me was horrible cheap knock-offs that don’t match the sizes on their tags in most cases. I tried to dispute the charge with my bank, got a refund, then they changed their business name to Shopping Co, Ltd and recharged me for the same order via PayPal which was posted to my NEW credit card that I just went through the hassle of replacing to prevent this from happening.
