Type of a scam Online Purchase
I purchased a product online from this company on February 9th, 2018. They sent me an email confirmation with the receipt and they charged my credit card the same day. Since then, I have been trying to contact them to get status on my order and I am not getting any response.
A bit overdue (I admit), I went online and started googling to see what other people’s experience has been with this company. It looks like everyone is experiencing the same issue: they get charged, don’t receive their product and don’t get contacted back with any explanation.
