saw a ad on Facebook for store closing, 70% off everything. website looks legit with a naperville Illinois address. ordered a jacket and after doing more research on the company online, found poor quality Chinese clothing shipped directly from overseas. tried to contact by phone which it goes straight to a message saying to please email them. emailed them within 6 hours of placing the original order. have time stamps proving that i tried to cancel my order. got a email back within 2 days from them saying the cancellation window is only 12 hrs from the time of purchase. did more research on the company and found they were investigated by the BBB.
