A friend and I were to have two puppies shipped from Las Vegas, NV to IL. The business claimed the crate, provided by the breeder, was incorrect and requested money. We were told it was refundable upon delivery. More money was then requested for "an insulin shot and a stress free shot." We refused and demanded to speak to the veterinarian. After much back and forth we told James, the agent, we would call the following day to speak to the vet. They are no longer answering the phone or responding to emails. We will also be reporting the breeder.
