Shiny Penny Renovations – Stevo

I feel I am a victim of harassment and unsolicited business in Victoria, BC.  The business calls itself Shiny Penny Renovations 250-882-2357 (can’t be found on Google search) owned by a "Stevo" who claims to be a retired police officer.  A UsedVictoria ad was removed (Ad ID 26668310).  Stevo asks me very personal information and he is very controlling.
