Type of a scam Online Purchase
I purchased a product on 08/20/2019 for $164.00 and another one on 08/26/2019 for $184.00 from the same seller (Campaigner) and it was supposed to be delivered by the end of October, so in November when I asked where is my product they told me to contact the Seller(campaigner) which I did couple of times([email protected]) but they never got back to me so after couple of days I told my Banks to file a disputes but after a couple of weeks they returned my dispute because Indiegogo and a company named Stripe filed a chargeback against my dispute and bank refunded my money to Indiegogo, so again I contacted Indiegogo for my money and told me to wait for 75 days which was in January and I waited till couple of days ago when I asked them for my money they said that they gave it to the seller and I have to contact the seller which I did and the seller have changed or have deleted his email([email protected]). Anyway I told the indiegogo the situation and they say that can’t do anything and I also asked them why did you guys gave the money to seller when they have’t delivered the product and basically they had no answer.
