The scammer identified himself as Mr. Anthony Brown via text messaging. He supposable discounted the puppies from $1000.00 to $500.00 each and shipping of $280.00 for both puppies. He required payment through Walmart MoneyGram! We sent him a $500.00 deposit on Walmart MoneyGram (REFERENCE # 20374908) sent on Mar. 24, 2018, from the Walmart located 1280 Gail Gardner Way, Prescott, Arizona PH # (928) 541-0071. On Monday Mar. 26, 2018 he texted that he had shipped the puppies at 7:20 AM and that I would receive an email with instructions! I received an email from: Lana Pet Transportation (www.lana-pt.com) requesting that I confirm the shipping destination, phone numbers, and address! I confirmed all as they appeared to be correct. I then received a second e-mail requesting that I purchase insurance to protect Lana Pet Transportation in case the puppy/s dies in transit! they requested payment of $860.76, through WalMart Money gram! At this point I knew we had been scammed!!
