I ordered a "double decker collapsible wagon" from an ad on my Facebook page. The price was what I could afford. I never received it and when I inquired about it the response was that they had proof the item was delivered and would not make any effort to trace the package or believe me when I said I had not received it. They did offer me a 50% refund but now is asking for more information before they issue the refund. The info they are asking for is what I have already given them. I hope you can help me. l noticed the ad again on the Facebook page today.
