Our organization received a call at the front desk (it turned out to be an automated voice that called but sounded as though a live person was speaking with our staff) stating the gentleman’s name and that he was calling from Shea Community Center. He then proceeded to ask "can you hear me okay". When the front end staff answered "yes" he then proceeded to state, we have information that someone in your house has two chronic medical conditions and when our staff stated "No, you have made a mistake. We are a non-profit organization not a private home" the call was disconnected on the caller’s end.
