Total money lost $3,000

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I was on the Craiglist.com trying to buy a car. When I found a car for $2,000 owned by a lady named Shana Cullum, I contacted her. Then she told me that I have to pay it only under the eBay protection. So I did, the eBay gave me all the instructions. At the end, I end up buying 4 One Vanilla Card which has $500 each for a total of $2,000 on June 25, 2016. Then they sent me a confirmation email. Then the the following Monday, June 27, 2016, they said that I have to pay another $1,000 for the car shipping fee but they will refund the $1,000 back to me in cash when they deliver the car. So I bought 2 One Vanilla Card again with total of $1,000 together and paid then on Tuesday 28, 2016. They said that I should be getting my car today but then I keep contacting them and they never reply or pick up the phone. The seller named Shana used two different numbers which I believe she used a free texts app 806-888-6566 and 804-482-4349 So I tried to search for it and found out it’s a scam.

I hope you can help me get back my money asap. I still have all my One Vanilla Card.
