I contact Shandong weiman Machinary Co Ltd, A1402 Kaiyuan shangcheng building Linyi City, Shandong Province, PR.China, through alibab B2B portal,
I asked them to supply Genuine Weichai Marine engines 2sets , Sales Manager Flora Shi contact me and sent Proforma Invoice through her email [email protected] So I paid USD5500 as advance to their bank account on 6-6-2018 .
After 12 days she sent me photos of making engines. when i saw the photos, I was shocked because in the photo i saw they are re-assembling 2 sets Used engines and place is not weichai factory, Sure it is a local work shop. So i canceled the order, but they refused to neither supply genuine engines nor My advance amount USD5500.
