First I bought face masks off a sewby mask shop in etsy.
The seller then deleted their store and did not ship my item or refund my purchase. I messaged them to find out about my purchase and they messaged me: "You can reorder the masks from the link below and chose your quantities! Sorry About the inconvenience but we just got too many orders and Etsy system shut down. Plus, your shipping will be cheaper when you order from the link below. Please choose your quantities at check out and I will include additional free filters to make up for the inconvenience. Only a few left! I had to open a dispute on etsy in order to get my refund. However, I bought face masks from their website april 3rd. They have not given me a tracking number or replied to my email asking for a status update.
