They wanted money up front before showing me vet docuemntation of puppie at which time they would provide me with documents. They also said CC services down so use Zelle as payment method. Its a scam as price was very cheap and I was suspicious but when they wanted money just to show me documentation and their document was jpeg file, its obviously a scam.
