Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan
Had a phone call from this lending company offering me a loan. I had 2 options to choose from. I chose the insurance loan and sent *** for the insurance. The next day get a call to send 280.00 for state tax. Then i sent *** dollars for something else, then sent ***, for western union fees. On the next business day got a call wanting me to send *** for western union. Told agent i didn’t have *** to send and to just cancel my application and refund my money. Was told that cancelation department would contact me with refund information. Have not heard anything from cancelation department. Called today and was told that cancelation department was busy and they would call me back. Haven’t heard anything. This has been a very expensive lesson. They wanted all the money sent via amazon cards or steam cards.
