I online searched for usps change of address and the website I was directed to prompted me to proceed with the change of address, which I did. I know it costs $1 to change my address so i entered my card information, but this site hadn’t informed me of any charges that would be accrued, yet. I submitted the info and then was immediately charged $44.50 for the service, which was the only time I was aware this wasn’t the usps website as it had the same language and colors and appearance as I’ve experienced at the usps website. There is no phone contact that I can access, only an email. I was gauged 4,450% on a service and I would not have authorized that charge had I been made aware of the charge prior to it being submitted. When I tried to look the company up by their name, the first thing that popped up were usps locations.
