Letter claimed I had purchased a CNA Vehicle Service Contract from "DEKALB SYCAMORE CHEV CAD GMC" and that they would be debiting my credit card for $134.15 on the 25th of each month beginning 8/25/2019 to 1/25/2021. The credit card information they had was incorrect, but they had provision in the letter for correcting it. I have never been to this dealership and never conducted any business with them. I called them and explained the situation. The dealership stated that they had never done business with Service Payment Plan, Inc. and had no knowledge of such transaction.
From my standpoint and the dealer’s standpoint, everything in this letter is totally fraudulent. This company should be investigated and shut down to protect unsuspecting victims.
