The rest of the address is: 2021 Goose Lake Rd. They constantly send me this in the mail I have not requested.

A letter arrived via USPS with a US Postage Paid stamp from St. Louis, MO (although their address was in Sauget, IL) and stated that "With this mechanical breakdown insurance, you can have your vehicle repaired at your dealership or any licensed repair facility. Call within 5 days to activate coverage."

They gave a fake CA license # .

This letter was addressed to a 98-year-old woman who does not own a car and does not live in the state of CA. I am her executor, so I knew it was a scam.

My dad received a letter in the mail from a company called Service Direct Insurance Services that stated the factory warranty on our vehicle had expired. We were given a number to call immediately to activate some extended warranty coverage. However, the letter was very vague and did not even list the supposed vehicle whose warranty had expired. Nothing about the letter leads me to believe that this company or letter is legitimate.
