I was leary, but hopeful when I received the text about a job for becoming. Secret shopper. When I received the check in the mail and the request to purchase gift cards and send photos to a phone number, I immediately began researching scams prior to deposition the check for $2995.22. I was instructed to purchase $2500 in gift cards. The money order does t appear legitimate either. See pics below for the full letter I received, the package, and label (which conveniently cuts off the senders full name and part of the address. The number I’m supposed send text message is 323-9689-0208.

Received a cashier check for $1,998.98 priority mail with instructions to ‘carry out my first service-evaluation task/assignment on any retail corporation that operates as a chain of hypermarkets (Costco, Kroger, Home Depot, Target, Walgreens, Wal-Mart, Staples) regarding my on-line request and there acceptance of me as there Executive Shopper- Evaluator.
