Caller was woman saying she is the advisor in the automotive department. Can you hear me? I said yes. Phone hung up. I currently have an outstanding recall on my Lexus that needs scheduled. I thought it was Lexus calling to schedule. They are called service advisors. It was not Lexus. It was a scam.
