I received a pop up message on my computer as well as alarms sounding that I was infected and that i should call a Microsoft Certified Technician to fix my machine. Because I was unable to stop this myself and after calling the number i was asked to pay for repair and a "service" contract and then they proceeded to pretend to fix my computer but infected it with problems that did not exist prior. I will be protesting the charge on my CC once it is posted very soon, I hope to be able to recover the $210 but do not yet know what the outcome will be.
