Type of a scam Phishing
Got a call from "John Smith" (very E. Indian accent) from "USC Senior" or "Senior Care Awareness" asking me as Medicare patient if I still had my medical problem (he had some details). I pushed and asked if he was private company or gov’t – finally he said private and that as a Medicare patient "if I qualified" I could get low or no cost services – but he had to see if I qualified. I told him to mail any paperwork and if he was legit Medicare service he had my address (I wouldn’t give it). I think this was phishing aimed at seniors.
