I received a call stating that a loved one was incarcarated and that in order to talk to this person, you would have to set up an account so that the person can call you. I honestly thought that my son was in jail….even though they never said his name. He was in jail before. So, I set up an account with my credit card info. Stupid me, finally decided to call my son and he was not incarcarated. I had only told them to charge $33.00. I went to my credit card info and luckily nothing else was charged. They closed my account and are sending me a new card. Never assume anything.
