On 4-17-2020I ordered 2 masks. I paid $36.85. I have contacted them on various days. I emailed them on 5-8, 6-5 and now it is July 14th. I no longer want the masks. I want a total complete refund. It’s been the same lie each time I contact them. They’re sorry, taking longer than they thought. I will soon get a ship date. They been saying this since 4-17. I dont think they make anything. It seems to be a bogus company.

As of 7-9-20 I have not received the mask. I have contacted the store multiple times and have had not response. Tracking number shows the last entry was 5-14-20 in
transit. I would not buy from this seller

Like most other post, I ordered 2 mask on 5/17/2020 and have not received them. After multiple email inquiries as to where my order is, I told them to cancel my order, and issue credit to my Visa card. The response was I couldn’t cancel and they wouldn’t issue a refund, my order was being processed and I would be receiving it soon. So I contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute to get my money back. If you used a credit card, contact them to get your money back. I don’t think this merchant is a member on any Better Business Bureau.

I ordered 2 masks on 5/16/2020 for $36.85 on 5/21/20 received email order is on the way. As of today nothing received. I emailed them twice the first time they gave me a tracking number which showed it was in California on 5/21/20 waiting to be picked up by USPS no further information, emailed them again on 6/8/20 again advised it had been shipped and same information on tracking in California waiting for USPS to pick up. There is no way to reach out to them except through email and that is just a computer type response. I feel I have definetly been had stay away from this scam!

I ordered 3 face masks on April 22 2020, Payment was taken out of my account on April 24, (when i recieved an email that my 3 face masks were shipped), It took over a month to get a package, when i was told i should receive them in 7-10 days, Once I finally did get the package (May 26) there was on 1 item in the package, i was missing 2. I immediately contacted Season best and no response, i contacted them again with no response, after i started a lawsuit i did finally hear from them, wanting proof i I only received 1 item, only proof was my honest word, i notified them again i did not have the packaging slip, I requested a credit or refund for the 3rd time and no response as of now, This company has very poor customer service, where is their 100% satisfaction as they advertise? I will be proceeding with my lawsuit to get my money back for the missing 2 products.
