i posted an apple watch on offer up. i received an offer. i was told to request him on PayPal in order to receive payment. upon doing that i still didn’t receive payment. i contacted buyer and it showed up as pending in my PayPal acct. i shipped the pkg to the address he requested. i started feeling suspicious so i called PayPal and they told me that i didn’t have a payment added to my account. i contacted the buyer numerous times via phone call and text and he has been ignoring and hanging up the phone when he hears my voice.
