Type of a scam Debt Collections
They call my families phone from like an unknown number with a computer voice saying this is my last chance to contact them or I’m going to get served papers,so I called the number trying to find out what was going on the guy was very rude. They said if I don’t settle the debt I will get severed by Friday with court papers for a Felony on check fraud,"so a $200 payday loan is now turning into check fraud"?, at this point I’m really lost. I gave these folks my debit card information to settle this debt.After that they stopped answering the phone, Every company I did have a loan with in the past I called they said that, " no we don’t give out your info, that company sounds fraud’. So I called the company they said they got my information from (speed cash) they have no idea who these people were,on top of that no file for me at all!.So I stopped payment and ordered another Debit card.They tried to get $645,but settled with me paying $249.27. But like I said I stopped payment. WoW
