Type of a scam Online Purchase
I ordered a watch strap 3 weeks ago from a company, I was charged twice on my card when I only ordered one strap. I asked for a refund for one of the orders. They claimed to have refunded me. I was not refunded however. The strap I ordered has not been shipped 3 weeks later. It says it is still being processed. They have not returned any e-mails and attempts at communication. I really fell like this must be scam and I want them shut down, because I’m sure there are many others dealing with the same issues.
