Type of a scam Tech Support
Person says they are from Micro Soft Windows. Telling consumers that they are getting a refund for all the services there have been provided with and the company is closing down. Caller then tells consumer to go get the their laptop and they will tell you what to do and then they will send the consumer the refund via a routing number for a bank account.
