The gentleman with a foreign accent kept calling over and over and over. He called at least 10 different times! The last time that he called my father-in-law answered the phone and the gentleman called my father-in-law, please excuse my language, a crooked motherfuker. If he was a professional he would not be cussing at his profound customers! He was trying to get my mother-in-law to order two years of Microsoft on the computer for an anti-virus. He said that people from Russia and all foreign countries were being targeted and that everybody that used her computer was going to go to jail! He was charging $99 for 2 years. He wanted her to send a check or call him back with her debit card number. He wouldn’t never give his address or his name. I really think this needs to be looked into because other elderly people could be scammed just like my mother-in-law was almost scammed! Thank you for your time! Hope this gets worked out.

Phone call at 7:13 am (CST) with a recorded message saying they were from Microsoft and that they had detected a problem and offered tech support for $299. I hung up.
