We have received phone calls in the past from this "business" needing to speak with our director. She was out of the office today and the caller, ***, requested that I take a message. I asked what the call was regarding. He stated that they were conducting a review of our merchant account for credit and debit card transaction processing. I told him that was very strange since we do not process any debit or credit card transactions (we are a social service organization). "***" started to say more in a very aggressive manner and then the phone call cut off.
