"Sam Foster", with an accent, called me because my email was acting up and said that he was from SBC Global. He took control of my computer, but I did not pay him & told him I didn’t have money at the time. He said it was free and said it was a temporary fix. He put an eblocker on my computer & some other things. He was going to call back Monday for payment, but he first said it was free. He then said $99.99. I got off the phone and called the people who I have protection with and they said he still had control, so I called back and asked the new password. Sam said he didn’t do anything and denied so I said I was going to call the BBB, he said go right ahead and I will talk to your lawyer.
