I purchased an item on 02/15/2019. After a few weeks of wondering where the item was (after I had been charged), I emailed the company on 03/5/2019 and asked for an update. To date, 3/12/2019, I have not received a response. Now, they have changed their Facebook account pictures so less information shows and the negative reviews are pouring in.
