Representative (****) contacted me directly via my cell phone informing me that my daughter (used her name) had checked a box on her previous years PSAT exam requesting educational material. I asked my daughter afterwards and she said she did not check a box. I was told they would take my credit card number and put a temporary hold on the $219.84 materials which would need to be returned within 30 days for a full refund. I returned the unopened materials with tracking and a month later the package was returned to me in my unopened packaging. I called and the representative on that answered, the same guy I always spoke with, said that the materials were denied because it was after the 30 days. I asked him why he didn’t information me of that when he gave me the mailing address for the return, which was paid out of my own cost! Then later as I was looking over my credit card summaries, I noticed four months of a $69.95 charge. I called to ask about it and the same guy said it was for online services. I NEVER agreed to any monthly charges for online access. I eventually opened the DVDs and they are from 2012. I did not agree to these charges and there is no documentation to identify what the online access web site is.
