I ordered a side sleeper pillow and pillow case on January 23,2019 from their website via a Facebook advertisement. My credit card was charged within 24 hours and I received an email that my order was being processed and to expect shipping confirmation within a few days.
On February 16,2019 I emailed their customer service and received a reply saying my order was handed over to their shipping carrier and I would receive a tracking number in a few days. I have emailed them seven times and kept getting the same response, their last email said that it was lost in shipping and that I would get a replacement shipment. I told them I wanted a refund and haven’t heard from them since.
They are now going by the name ParaPicks.com

Please be aware this same address was used under the scam website for classy ella as well. This company advertised gaming glasses that I had recently searched in my browser using Google and I found it odd that a beauty store was selling something for gaming. They only have 509 likes on Facebook which was created on December 11th 2018 and somehow had over 825k happy customers (with no reviews?)
