Type of a scam Rental
I sent an email to a listing on Craig’s list and actually went by and saw the house but the "owner" is out of town and want me to wire the rent and security to her before I get the keys. Her secretary is too busy and she wont’ give me a contact person or attorney or reference of any kind. When I question why, she gets testy. I also met someone else at the house who was told to "just sign the lease and it is hers".
I would like to report them to the police before someone loses their hard earned money.
