Got a phone call with the female "Sarah Highland" leaving a message on my fathers answering machine for my nephew whom has never lived with him – they just have the same last name. She threatened litigation in our county and gave the last 4 of his ssn. Not sure if its the correct #’s. She also said that no other warning or notification will be given.
