Upon purchasing a used vehicle I started receiving urgent letters from this company regarding extending my service warranty. The letters continued for several years and eventually graduating to phone calls some of them very persistent. They only stopped when I finally told one caller that I had traded the vehicle. My husband recently bought another used truck and he has started receiving the same letters. We had warranties through our car dealership. One of the callers became very hostile with me and tried to tell me that I had signed up for their warranty – when I replied that I had not and I was going to contact the dealership where I purchased the car, he hung up. I want to warn others not to fall for this ploy – the letters seem very professional and could fool someone who is not aware that this is not coming from your actual warranty company.
