He contacted me to make him a website selling personalized gift packages for Christmas. After I created the website and received some orders, I got a lot of complaints that no one received their items they bought. He was supposed to fulfill all the orders. After I asked him everyday if he sent them he said he did, which I do not believe him. And now he is not paying the $480 he e-mailed me stating that he was going to pay me for my work. Now he is not responding to any of my messages. I would like him investigated. His name is Zach Woodsen. Thanks.
