Sand Break Vacations

Type of a scam Travel/Vacations

Evelyn with Sand Break Vacations call me about a trip, It sounded like a good deal, so I gave Evelyn my Credit card #. Then I read the terms and conditions and found out I did not qualified for the trip because I was to old. I told her that I didn’t qualified and she said to sign the purchase agreement and that she would get something to show that I did qualified. I told her I need to see it first and again she insisted I sign. I told her no and to just cancel. Later I received my credit card statement and the trip was charged on it, $1318. I call my credit card company and they looked into it and side I signed the agreement. Someone with Sand Break Vacations forged my signature. I am still fighting with Master Card, Capital One and Sand Break Vacations, to get my credit, all of them keep saying no to the credit and then pushing it off to each other.

This has been going on for almost 4 months, I have sent my Passport and Drivers License so they could see that the signatures do not match!
