I was on the computer and got a pop up about issues with my computer. I clicked on it, and my computer locked up. I was at their mercy so I called the number. I was on the phone for 3 hours with them. They gave me 2 business names; Samurai and Avangate. They charged my credit card $249.00. I’m not sure if it’s a scam or not.
I talked to: Anuja Kumari support/samurai # 44075409 and Pikash Jena-844-219-1736X18559. The number I called was 855-481-5380. I was also told I could call Tech/billing @ 877-958-7560
