The product was Camp Flog Naw tickets. Subject said they were selling it for 600 dollars for 2 VIP Passes. After talking, victim and subject agreed on shipping the tickets from Sacramento to Los Angeles, and the payment would be half now, and half when the product was received.
Once the money was sent, the subject "changed her mind" and victim requested that before anything happens, for the money to be sent back. The money was never sent back, and the victim still does not have any tickets.
Victim has possession of scammers information and the bank account associated with it.
