I ordered product on Nov 24. I paid for this online through Paypal. I even have a confirmation email saying that the order went through and has been shipped. They even gave me a fake tracking number and a link to pretend to follow it. I have tried emailing and calling several times. No one ever responds and the phone number leads to some voicemail that just is so odd. This website needs to be looked into. This really hurts, since I purchased Xmas gifts that will now never come. I am so mad! This needs to be addressed please.
