I am not positive but I didn’t want to take a chance. What showed up on my caller ID was Saiks Itech Pcso. The lady said she was calling from Microsoft and that either myself or someone was trying to delete the security malware. She also said I have paid for this service; which I do not recall; and she would need to access my computer to "find out what the problem is" those were her words. I am not aware of any problem with my computer and I haven’t received any error messages. I told her that I was working on my computer and she would have to call back later. She asked if she could call back in one hour. I told her she could try. This all happened at 2:24 pm EST on Dec. 10, 2015. I don’t know if Microsoft calls people or not but I wasn’t about to let her access my computer plus first she mentioned someone trying to delete malware then there was a problem and she needed to find it and fix it. In the background I could hear many voices, like during a telemarketing conversation.
